Content Licensing: 

As a group, we have negotiated upwards of 2,000 licensing agreements in the US with an average of double-digit increases in top line sales per year for our clients.  There is little associate cost with content licensing making this is a very high margin initiative:

·         Content assessment, pricing and distribution strategy.

·         Development of content sales pitches for large content aggregators and                     partners and licensees, both domestically and overseas.

·         Review of key licensing contract terms, including royalty rate, term and usage             permission.

·         Contract negotiations with all 3rd parties.

·         Ongoing property rights management ensuring content is used as agreed and           policing content that gets used improperly.
